Location Sound Cart Dual Battery Power Distribution System. The box is specifically designed as a power management system for small to medium-sized sound carts. The K-ART provides a plethora of switched power outputs, totaling 16. The K-ART distributes 2 connectable batteries of a size and voltage (between 9 and 18V) chosen by you, which are simultaneously drained via an ideal diode. You can seamlessly switch with another set of charged batteries. The outputs include 12x Hirose 4-pin connectors (2 on the front), 4x XLR 4-pin connectors (1 on the front), and 4x isolated USB power connectors (2 on the front) for connecting devices like your iPad, etc. The batteries can be of any type (SLA, NiMH, Li-Ion). A battery-low indication is available via a blinking LED. The voltage of both batteries can be continuously monitored accurately via two meter systems. Additionally, there are 10 illuminated switches on the front that allow separate switching for 10 different outputs and 1 master switch to turn everything on or off.
